We revise the changes in this stage not only physical but especially the emotional changes, the way of thinking, the new way they relate to others. We talk about the decision making process maturity, which takes relevance in this stage. We revise the feminine reproductive system and menstruation. Emotional changes, peer pressure, social media, attraction and falling in love, modesty. We give recommendations on how to take good care and respect our body and other people´s body and how to prevent sexual harrasment and sexual abuse
